test. For example, someone thinks a project is a
good idea but they have no idea (in writing) that the
project is financially viable, please don't submit
something to us.

something of you? After submitting your project,
please be prepared to discuss it in detail. The
questions asked here are certainly not all the
information we need.
Yes, there
is money available for projects all over the world.
The question is always, what's in it for me (the banking
institution, investor or equity fund). This is a
fair question that deserves a detailed response.
