DR Rawson is the Chairman and CEO of C4
Global. He has held this position since
December of 2006. Prior to that, he was the
company’s Chief Executive Officer.
Over the past thirty-five years, Mr.
Rawson has been the President and CEO of a variety of
companies in the computer, healthcare, insurance,
Internet, manufacturing and oil sectors of our economy.
He is credited with more than 17 new business ventures
and has traveled the world in pursuit and the
development of business opportunities.
As a leader and builder, Mr. Rawson
aggressively pursues the challenges associated with
companies that want to expand their reach and/or quickly
move to the next level of growth to increase their
profits.
His accomplishments and firsts are
expansive and include marketing the very first
automobile anti-theft device in America. In addition, he
co-developed the steering mechanism for the Lunar- Rover
used in the Apollo mission to the Moon. DR developed the
helical screw downhole oil pump for shallow oil wells
and while President of an international oil company he
negotiated the oil rights for a country in Africa. Mr.
Rawson started a medical PPO that was sold 120 days
after launch to a nation-wide healthcare organization.
He was one of the 5 founders of one of the first Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO) in the United States. He has also bought and sold medical practices.
His formal education came after the
military and while working full time as a National Sales
Manager. In law school, he owned and operated a
marketing consulting business that covered the five
western states.
As a guest speaker he has spoken to
industry and groups on subjects ranging from the
practical application of sales knowledge, the Internet,
selling automobiles via the Internet, a National
database for medical records, Insurance and Workers'
Compensation issues for businesses, general business and
personal development topics.
Mr. Rawson is a thirty-second degree Mason and
works to raise money so that the many charitable
organizations within Masonry can continue to provide a
variety of FREE health care services for children
including eye care, aphasia, orthopedic surgery,
prosthetics and burns. Masons provide more than $1.5
million per day for children to have FREE care.
He has also founded the
Seal of Liberty Society because of his belief that
unless someone tells you what they believe in, they
cannot be held accountable.

 Nelson Naidoo, President of C4 Finance and Executive Vice President of C4 Global. He joined C4 in September of 2007.
Nelson worked with investment houses, banks and other financial institutions in Australia before
coming to America in 2005. He has also worked on Mergers and Acquisitions completing several mergers before leaving Australia.
He has a Bachelor's degree in computer science. Mr. Naidoo has other investments in the software and computer maintenance sector.
He
is married and lives in Seattle. He has a son here in the United States and a daughter attending college in Australia.
 Mike Fesler, Sr. Vice President - Strategic Development and Vice President of Capital Formation for C4 Global. He brings over 30 years of successful business in starting managing and growing in the national and international arenas covering 6 continents. He also serves on the board of multiple industry diverse companies involving consumer product manufacturing, distribution and
service. Mr. Fesler has consulted and mentored companies ranging from fortune 100’s to startups, providing capital acquisition, financial structuring, strategic planning / relationships, business development, and operational over sight. Richard
Price is the Chief Financial Officer. He
joined the company in October of 2006.
Financial Management Professional with
over twenty-five years of domestic and international
experience. Background complemented through a variety
of experiences including time as CFO of the largest and
most profitable Business Unit of one of the world’s
largest companies, Exxon Mobil.
In addition, he has held key financial
positions involving broad portfolio’s of responsibility
with large, diverse accounting and finance groups. Upon
retirement, Richard became involved in a startup venture
in which he raised all of the venture capital funds on
his own reputation and credibility. He subsequently
went into private consulting writing business plans and
assisting companies in maneuvering the capital market.
During the course of his South East Asian
International experience, he dealt with senior
government officials on behalf of his company on matters
relating to financial, tax and audit with a great deal
of success. This experience serves C4 Global well as we
continue our program of expansion into various parts of
the world.
Richard is widely respected in his
industry and held many positions of responsibility in
various professional organizations that resulted in
significant contributions.
He has always been active in his
community. Most notable of these experiences was his
election to the school board of an international school
where he served as chairman for five years. Currently
Richard is serving on the Board of a local organization
for abused women and children where he has just been
elected as the treasurer.
Richard has a BBA in accounting and an
MBA in management.
